Here's how to remove extra spacing between sentences in Microsoft Word.
- Press CTRL + F.
- Click on the "Replace" tab.
- With your cursor positioned in the "Find what" box, type a period and press the space bar twice.**
- With your cursor positioned in the "Replace with" box, type a period and press the space bar once.
- Choose "replace" to replace each instance, or choose "replace all" to replace all instances at once.*
*You might also want to search and replace triple spaces if you tend to accidentally insert them.
